Apple Cinnamon Water



Water is an excellent cinnamon apple drink recipe to moisturize regularly. With this drink will definitely improve your metabolism, detoxify the body of all the bad things and everything that goes less calories as possible.

ingredients:

- Great pitcher with ice cubes inside to keep the drink cold.




- 2 thin slices of apples (an apple will do)

- 2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation:

Cut apples into thin slices, place ice cubes and slices of apple in the pot and cover with water. Let stand for a few minutes until the apple juice mixed with water and you're ready to go.

You can fill the jug with water for 2 or 3 times and you're ready to change the apple slices with fresh batteries. Enjoy!
