Yummy Water To Help Boost weight loss.



ingredients:


2L water

1 medium cucumber

1 lemon

10-12 mint leaves

Night steep in fridge and drink every day!




8 glasses of water a day seems a lot and know that I do not understand. We all know that lemon water is amazing. But I do not want to drink only lemon water throughout the day. So I started drinking cucumber water, which is more than amazing since Looove cucumbers! Then I found this recipe ... I'll be honest, it is better than the cucumber water or lemon water, but is very good!
