Ingredients for the Lemon Detox Drink
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons maple syrup grade B
Teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/10th

So if you drink 3 glasses while you were , you would have to make a 6 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate and 6 tablespoons maple syrup.
To make life easier on yourself , take 3 separate water bottles , each with 8 ounces of pure water, but with a capacity of 10 oz is that it will add focus to it.
You will need to bring a measure of spoon and Cayenne to add at the end. (You can add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper Cayenne 3/10th concentrate , but it tends to heat up when it hits liquid and allowed for a period of time).

If you do not have a house to clean try a little exercise , as this will make you feel good and not think about food . Do not forget to keep drinking the detox drink and replenish your water supply
