chocolate digestive to cheer . No more . Here is a painless detox diet that give you a sense of wellbeing.

The basic principle of painless detox program is to eliminate common
that cause allergies - "Toxic " - foods and beverages from your diet for a week.

Serving size is up to you . Because the recommended foods are rich in fiber and low in fat - and you drink plenty

ELIMINATING NEGATIVE
Wheat and dairy products: This week , remove wheat and dairy from your
regime. These are two of the most common food allergens - no
even realizing it - could make you feel bloated, tired and even
contribute to cravings . Wheat -based foods such as bread , pasta and some breakfast cereals can
easily be replaced by alternatives without wheat : rice cakes, rye and
maize grain and flour.

* Potato salad made of chopped roasted potato dipped in French dressing
still hot
* Pasta salad with pasta without wheat with cold vapor
vegetables.
DINNER:
* Steamed or grilled Fish ( 4 servings per week ) with at least 3
portions of steamed vegetables.
* Chicken breast without skin organic grill (no more than 2 servings
week) .
* Brown rice with steamed vegetables and tofu.
* Bean or lentil stew served with rice.
Snacks: fruit, raw vegetables , raw nuts and seeds ( not roasted nor
salt or coatings ) .
BOOSTERS DETOX
To enhance the effects of the detox diet , getting up. . .
* Take a glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon to clean
your system.
* Take 1 teaspoon complex Thistle (available in health food stores and
herbalists ) in half a glass of water at room temperature
stimulate liver function and control cravings 15 minutes before breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
* Take 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk (also available in health food stores ) in
a large glass of water to facilitate the detoxification process and improve bowel
function. Now wait 15 minutes before breakfast .
