Simple and easy :
20 ounces of water, add 1 medium cucumber , peeled and sliced . 1 lemon into thin slices. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger and about 10 mint leaves.
Mix and let stand in refrigerator for several hours or overnight and in the morning , a refreshing drink.
* Ginger root really helps the body produce digestive enzymes on their own, help digestion and increase metabolism. Also, Ginger contains special enzymes responsible for catalyzing the proteins in foods that aid in digestion and prevent cramps.
* Cucumbers are a good source of vitamin C and molybdenum ore . They are also a good source of vitamin A, potassium , manganese, folate , fiber and magnesium and contain the important mineral silica. The high water content makes it naturally cucumber moisturizer. Cucumbers are said to be excellent for weight reduction, weight management , detoxification of blood, and the elimination of uric acid. Uric acid is a waste product formed from the metabolic breakdown of food substances called purines.
